You can never have too much Rihanna in your life, in fact, you can have too little. The Rihanna Navy had started to get a little antsy not seeing their Queen for a while and this sudden September cover release was just what we needed.
Rihanna takes to the cover of Hong Kong Vouge for their September issue, of which the magazine hits the stands this Sunday. In it the mag calls her (rightfully so) an ‘icon for our times and the ultimate fashion force.’
It features the nine time Grammy award winner in a number of high fashion looks including Louis Vuitton, Dries Van Noten, and Alexander McQueen hand picked by fashion director Anya Ziourova. Her hair and makeup was more on the simple side, as hairstylist Yusef coiffed Riri’s middle-parted updo and make-up artist Kanako Takase applied her natural make-up.
This cover drops ahead of her Savage X Fenty Fall/Winter 2019 fashion show, which is due to take place on the 20th of September, which we are more than ready for, knowing how she likes to keep our expectations on their toes.
