Riders Lounge is Launching a Riders Black Card

What Is The Riders Black Card?

The Riders Black Card is a loyalty scheme allowing members to collect points for every UGX5,000 they spend with us. Every point collected equates to the value of UGX 250, which guests can then save up and redeem against the cost of food and beverage at any Riders outlet.

The scheme is a great way of rewarding guests for their loyalty. Loyalty points will be earned for Dine-in and Deliveries as well.

The Riders Black Card loyalty program is completely “paperless” and will run on SMS (text message), emails, and simple identifiers like the guest’s phone number, and later on, on the Riders Mobile App.

How it Works

Two membership tiers are available to guests, a Black Card and a Platinum Card.

The Black Card

All customers are eligible for a tier one Black Card membership on spending equivalent of UGX50,000 on one visit, even if they have never dined with us before.

The Platinum Card

The Platinum Card is exclusively for repeat customers who have spent not less than UGX10,000,000 in a period of 6 – 12 months. Once a Black Card holder has reached this criteria they will be automatically be upgraded to The Platinum Card membership.

– Complimentary Event Coordinator expertise for private events.

The Platinum Card Benefits

– Two points for every UGX5,000 spent (Two points equates to the value of UGX500)

– 10% Discount at every member visit.

– Double points when member celebrates their own birthday at Riders.

– Invitation to exclusive Platinum Card holder events

– A complimentary glass of sparkling per person with a booking for a party of ten or above

– Free Birthday cake for a Platinum Card holder with a booking for a party of ten or above

– Complimentary tea/coffee between 9.00am – 11.30am and 3.30pm ‐ 5.30pm

– Free Delivery for By-the-Bottle purchases within a radius of 5Kms of the Unit.

– No Outside Catering Fee for booking a private party of twenty (20) or above

– Complimentary use of the Private Lounge for function at Units where such exist.

– Complimentary Event Coordinator expertise

– The Platinum Card holder eligible to request for customized Corporate Loyalty Card for top employees and customers.
