Plus Size Fashion Week Festival Comes To A Close With Final Fitting

Last night models of all shapes and levels of fabulosity converged at Skyz Hotel as the clock run down the time to the Plus Size Fashion Week Festival, set to happen this Friday.

Designers were making final fittings and models were mingling while sharing stories of what being plus size meant for them/their experiences. The plus size fashion week festival is an initiative of The Figure Bombshell, which was created to empower, educate and encourage plus-size women in Uganda to be body-confident and feel good about themselves and know that clothes on the catwalk don’t just look good on smaller people only, plus-size women can also be models and look good in the clothes showcased on the catwalks.
