Zari Hassan, the brilliant socialite who invented the ‘All White Party’ which stirred up Kampala’s social scene, has turned 40. There has never been a dull moment when this mother-of-five is in the building. Because her job is to stir things up, even when she’s far away from Kampala, she has released these stunning photos to remind us that she’s still the queen of ‘Fabulosity’ and she rings in her ’40s.
