Much as the pandemic (that is still incessantly raging on) put a halt to many social events, the fashion world held its breath to see what would happen to the much anticipated fashion week season. As some designers pivoted to help themselves by releasing collections on their own, the virtual and 3D runway shows we enjoyed; the anticipation was still on from major runway shows.
Well, the CFDA officially released the schedule for this years New York Fashion Week, and we couldn’t be more excited. While some designers, like event closer Tom Ford have revealed their shows will be digital, the same cannot be said for all, but as we wait for confirmation of the rest of the shows, keep in mind that designers such as Badgley Mischka, Jason Wu and Marchesa will be showcasing.
Fashion week regulars like Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc Jacobs and Brandon Maxwell however are notably not on the lineup, as the majority of names included are new designers to the roster. The full schedule can be found here.
