Natasha Sinayobye Glows Like a Disco Ball

Shillat is one of Kampala’s more creative makeup artists, and this time round her hands were on socialite Natasha Sinayobye. ‘A disco ball moment’ is a look made out of rhinestones in different colours, with a bold eyeliner and a matte black lip.

Shillat accentuated by a long lash as the eye was the main character in the shoot.
