New Mother Naomi Campbell Goes Y2K In New Burberry Campaign
Naomi Campbell is 2 months into motherhood but that doesn’t stop her from completely slaying, showing the new girls how it’s done. This time round, she teamed up with Ricardo Tisci of Burberry to showcase their monogrammed summer collection.
While the style is mostly early 2000’s reminiscent, they wanted to emphasize growth by adding hints of technology as it has evolved, specifically, CGI. According to Tischi, “The collection captures that optimistic feeling of summer and that feeling of constant momentum — the excitement for what’s next. I couldn’t think of anyone better to symbolize this enduring nature than my incredible friend, Naomi.”
