Maurice Kirya, Keko and Naava to share stage with D’Banj, Macklemore and Nicki Minaj
Sony Music Africa and Rockstar4000 have announced the Ugandan acts that will represent the country at the biggest music festival in Africa. Maurice Kirya, Keko and Naava Grey will be sharing the stage with stars such as Nicki Minaj, D’Banj, Liquideep, J Cole, Ryan Lewis, Macklemore, Tiwa Savage, Kid Ink and many more.
The festival will take place from 26th to 28th next month and will feature over 300 artists from around the world and 100 deejays playing live on over 60 stages in 72 hours non-stop.
The three Ugandan artists have promised to do a song together before they leave for the festival. Naava will be perfoming on 26th, Maurice on 27th and Keko will perform on 28th.
This will be an annual event so we should expect more Ugandan artists on board next year. The festival will attract more than 100.000 music lovers from around the world.
