Ugandan filmmaker and director Loukman Ali is known for his movies like “Girl in the Yellow Jumper,” recently featured on Netflix, as well as “Sixteen Rounds,” “Blind Date,” among others.
He won the “African Folktales Reimagined” short film competition among other African talented and creative filmmakers.
