Different people have different metabolisms so all our bodies differ. I last worked out 8 months go so I won’t tell you that I have a work out routine but I take more water and home made fruit juice than soda.
Soda is the devil’s advocate when it comes to weight. In fact drinks with added sugars aren’t good for weight watchers. If you’re a lady that enjoys beer, get ready for a tummy. A not small one by the way.
The junk lovers – unless you cut it out of your diet, you’re not going to keep in shape. Try to have more home cooked meals with less oils and take more water. It has to be water at room temperature to be exact.
The breakfast rule applies greatly and it’s real. Breakfast like a king, lunch like a middle class and dinner like a peasant. Dinner should be eaten at least two hours before bed so that you can indulge in some activities and not sleep right after eating.

Then comes the workouts. Unless you give them 100% there won’t be any visible results. Sadly that is a fact! You don’t have to work out at the gym. Get proper running shoes, the right sports bra for ladies and clothes that are comfortable. Get onto the road and jog. Don’t carry phones or boda boda money! Just keep your high tempo music on.
Consistency is key. It is important that you be committed and dedicated because the results won’t come over time.
You have to look beyond looking good. You should do it for health reasons and also the fact that you can always look 5 – 10 years younger. Don’t obsess with the weighing scale. Let it be. Put in time effort and consistency – it’ll work itself out eventually.
What to wear
Before you achieve the body you want, know your size. Wear size 12 if you’re size 12. Don’t squeeze yourself into a 10 not until you are size 10.
Clothes that hug your body should hug your body not your tummy and love handles. If your back is chubby, don’t expose it. Wok out, get it toned and then show it off.
Flaunt your best features. That’s the rule!
Rest is very important
While watching your weight, working out and dressing right, rest as much as you can. Enjoy your sleep and take time off over the weekend to just relax your mind body and soul. That is when it will all be worth it.
