She made the announcement on Instagram by sharing a heartwarming photo from the hospital alongside her significant other. In the picture, the couple is seen joyfully holding their newborn twins. While the genders were initially unclear, Fabiola confirmed in her caption that they welcomed both a boy and a girl.
She wrote:
