Hurray! Bettinah Tianah Celebrates Second Anniversary of BT Beauty Uganda

Today, BT Beauty Uganda, an organic skincare beauty brand, founded by media personality and Influencer Bettinah Tianah, is toasting to two years in business. Founded on 1st October 2020, to fill a gap in the market for organic products that don’t bleach, and after a trip, Bettinah made to the world’s only shea butter museum in Ghana, the brand has grown to become one of the leading organic skincare brands in Uganda.

Speaking about this milestone, Bettinah Tianah said, “I’m so honored to be living in my true purpose; inspiring & improving people’s lives through helping our customers gain their confidence whilst feeling great about their skin.”

Shea Butter, which is the main ingredient in all BT Beauty Uganda products, is known for its healing, softening, and anti-inflammatory properties. All products are made with love and by hand, a skill she learned when she visited the world’s only shea butter museum in Ghana, owned by Queen Hamamat, who she considers her mentor.

The brand now caters to both men and women, plus a diffusion line for kids. “Our products are good at; clearing acne, smoothening and softening the skin, removing black spots and marks, and reducing the appearance of stretch marks among others,” she says.

As she celebrates the milestone, she’s setting her sights on opening a physical store. “I’m working tirelessly to open a physical location in Uganda – a state-of-the-art beauty spa and parlor,” she says. “This has been a dream of mine for a while now and I believe it will come to pass. For now, our goal is to serve you better, something we are determined to meet.”

Away from supporting customers on their journey of self-love and confidence, the brand is also offering jobs. BT Beauty Uganda works with Boda riders, who do deliveries, and distributors across the country, who bring products closer to customers. These, of course, work in liaison with a full team of salaried customer care personnel, accountant, managers, and investors. She is, however, tight-lipped about details of her investors.

“When I count my answered prayers, I count BT Beauty Uganda as number one. It has not only changed my life but also the lives of so many Ugandans. All praise and honor go back to the living God,” she muses. “My humble request, on this day the 1st of October 2022, is that you patronize us and we shall be forever grateful.”
