How to dress like a boss

Here is a simple guide on how you can dress like a boss

1. Be daring. Be different. Everyone is going to wear a black dress. Everyone is going to wear a suit. How do you stand out? Remember that a boss makes the rules while her juniors follow them.Try something edgy such as a leather dress. Go for one that has minimal or no detail. 2. If looking like a boss is what you want then a nice blazer is a must have. Go for a toned down colour palette if you want a bit of colour. 3. A full skirt with a conservative hemline is also a must have. A nice pencil skirt in a good colour will work well with most of the tops you already own. Wear only one dramatic piece. If it’s the skirt, keep everything else polished and simple.

4. You need a nice pair of stiletto heels because bosses don’t wear flats. Whilst the six-inch heel is the every woman’s best option, keep your heel as low as you can. 5. Accessorize with simple pieces. some times just the watch is enough. When choosing earrings go for small studs and for necklaces less is definitely more. The trick is you don’t want to draw a lot of attention.

Other tips to note

•  Strappy sandals are better than platform pumps.
