Hisense has taken the concept of big-screen entertainment to an entirely new level with the debut of its 136MX, a massive 136-inch MicroLED TV unveiled at CES 2025. Marking the company’s first foray into the consumer MicroLED market, this innovation promises a visual leap with superior brightness, color accuracy, and longevity over current display technologies. Each of its ultra-tiny LEDs acts as an independent light source, offering pixel-level brightness control and significantly reducing the risk of image burn-in thanks to inorganic LED components.
Designed for unmatched performance, the 136MX can reach an astonishing brightness of up to 10,000 nits and is driven by Hisense’s advanced Hi-View AI Engine X processor. The TV runs on the VIDAA operating system, providing a seamless user experience with smart features and extensive content options. Although release details remain under wraps, this debut signals Hisense’s bold entry into the high-end display market, positioning MicroLED as the next step in television innovation.
