Hellen Lukoma doesn’t play. The singer walked the red carpet at the finale of Miss Uganda 2018 last evening in a black sheer jumpsuit that showed bits of her thigh area, chest and arms. The dramatic jumpsuit featured sequined detailing, long sleeves and flair pants. She completed her look with long wavy hair and subtle makeup.
