“Halle Bailey is single-handedly revolutionizing real life Princess representation while inspiring a new generation in her first starring role. The 23-year-old has come a long way since being “paralyzed with fear” upon learning The Little Mermaid director Rob Marshall wanted her to audition for the role, Bailey is more concerned with being able to “put my own stamp on her character by showing more of her vulnerability.”- Glamour Magazine
