Desire Luzinda Looked Like a Beautiful Disaster at The StarQT Awards

Desire Luzinda made a rare appearance at the StarQT awards last weekend clad in something that like looks like a nightie worn with a pair of above-the knee boots. She went ahead to accessorize the look with a choker neck band, which never saved the day.
