Desire Luzinda and gospel singer Levixone are now engaged! The couple shared their happy news yesterday evening, putting an end to months of whispers and rumors about their relationship.
Earlier this week, Levixone had teased the big moment by posting a picture showing just two hands, one of them wearing a ring. Fans started guessing, but the truth became clear when the two shared their full engagement video on Instagram.
In the video, Desire opened up about her journey. “There were moments I thought love had passed me by,” she wrote. “That heartbreak was my story… but God had a greater plan.” She said God healed her heart, brought her peace, and gave her someone special. “A man after God’s own heart,” she added, saying she couldn’t wait to build a marriage focused on faith and love with Levixone.
Levixone also shared his feelings. He said he had waited for years and kept praying for purpose. “God gave me the love of my life,” he wrote. He called Desire his best friend, his forever, and his answered prayer. “What felt like waiting,” he said, “was God preparing something beautiful.”
