Bettinah Tianah Tasted a Rolex ‘For The First Time’ Yesterday At Blankets and Wine, And The Internet Isn’t Amused

When you did you taste your first Rolex? Well, I had my first Rolex back then in primary school. If you attended university in Uganda, chances are you’ve tasted this Ugandan delicacy more often than not. However, that doesn’t apply to TV star Bettinah Tianah who just completed her degree at Cavendish University (which is a university in Uganda). The fashionista had her first Rolex yesterday during the first edition of Blankets and Wine this year.

She took to social media to share a video of this ‘iconic event’. “Hey guys, I’m about to have my first Rolex in my life,”  she shared.  Clad in a printed Kunda shift dress with a matching headwrap and bold sunglasses, the Instagram star added. “I hope it’s nice!”

Twitter hasn’t taken this, or anything from Bettinah Tianah lightly. First, it was the 2.8 million Balemcyaga sneakers and now a Rolex.

“My heart bleeds for you,” @kwekirizaedith tweeted.

Unfortunately, no one came to her defense. But, can’t we all let a girl prosper? I only hope she liked her Rolex!
