September babies must be excited for they share their birthday with the First Lady of the Ghetto republic. The amazing Barbie Kyagulanyi recently celebrated her birthday with her family in tow; with a cultural photoshoot to show for it. She also officially opened her teenage skill centre in Kamwokya.
