Most science and technology publications describe Artificial intelligence as the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. Through the years we have seen AI become more advanced from something that is only used by computer geeks to being more mainstream and fashion has joined the group chat.
Ghanaian designer Kevin Afriyie Akosah AKA Mr. Afriyie is a brilliant African creative that is moving his fashion design into the A.I. space and he is breaking boundaries not only in the city of Accra but worldwide. Mr. Afriyie is a Creative Director and Fashion Designer who seeks to further display the genius of African Fashion to the world through his creations while educating young fashion aspirants to do the same. He explores traditional illustration to digital fashion creations.
For his FW ’23 collection, Mr. Afriyie features high-end fabrics and colors ranging from whites, reds, grays, and black. The richly sartorial collection also features linear cuts and layered garments that guarantee a unique look and fit, every piece in this collection is distinct but unified with visually appealing colors.
