After 11 Years, Ivanka Trump Has Shut Down Her Clothing Line

It’s a rare occasion when fashion and politics get to mix. But, if you’re Donald Trump’s daughter, it just has to happen.

Ivanka Trump’s clothing line has had a fair share of troubles since she got involved in her father’s political space. After Donald Trump took office as President of the U.S, her political schedule has become too tight for her to be involved in the day to day running of her fashion buiness, so she says.

However the truth is, Trump’s critics have since then been making successful campaigns encouraging the public to boycott clothes from her clothing line and this in turn forced many retailers to stop stocking it because clothes were not flying off the shelves anymore.

Early last week, Ivanka served all her employees with a notice of closure of business that is due to take effect in August.

This is definitely not a tasty  way to mix politics and fashion.
