Lupita Nyong’o Wore This Banana Print Dress Better Than Everyone That Lives in ‘Banana Republic’ 

Lupita Nyong’o attended her stylist, Micaela Erlanger‘s book launch for How To Accessorize in New York City in a strapless Prada banana print dress.

The Black Panther star paired the look with Schutz sandals and Jennifer Fisher Jewelry. Her disco ball clutch bag and Ziggy Stardust earrings added drama to the already dramatic print resulting in elegance only she knows how to pull off. Of course, Erlanger styled her.

This Prada banana print debuted in September 2010 causing a stir in the fashion world that boosted the brand’s sales and affinity.

It is obvious that there’s no one in ‘banana republic’ (Uganda) that can wear banana print better than Nyong’o, especially when Erlanger is doing the styling job. There’s no doubt why her book was aptly titled ‘How To Accessorize’!
