Lydia Jazmine melted our hearts this afternoon when she took to Instagram to share a powerful birthday message to her mum, who turned 59 today. The singer penned a heartfelt message littered with lots of love emojis. “Happy Birthday to my beautiful Queen,” she wrote. “I’m so lucky to have you, I give thanks for your life every day. I will do everything possible to make you the happiest, I promise to make you super proud,” she continued.
