Stylist Mavo Kampala knows how to make a statement. He has been wearing skirts lately causing a stir on social media. Yesterday at Blankets and Wine he made another skirt affair, and it’s not your ordinary skirt. The skirt featured polka dots on one side, pleats on another and a slit in between. He paired this statement skirt with a striped skirt.
