Kick start your day with this simple fitness routine

Having a great day has a lot to do with what you will do in the morning before setting off for work. It should be noted that if you have no time to workout or exercise, then you are probably working too much. You need to put those muscles in shape before heading out in the sun to look for money.

Here is the drill

1. Wake up crunches

– Regular Crunch: 10-20 reps – Just lift shoulder blades off the floor

– Reverse Crunch – 10-20 reps – Lift hips off the floor

– Double Crunch – 10-20 reps – Lift BOTH hips / shoulders off the floor simultaneously

– Left Crunches – 10-20 reps – Take right elbow to the left knee

– Right Crunches -10-20 reps – Take left elbow to right knee

Stomach stretch – 30 seconds THIS TAKES about 3-4 minute

2. Push ups

10 pushups are okay but depending on your fitness level, you can adjust.This takes 3-5 minutes if you push all 10 sets

3. Squats

You can take 10 squats as well just before you wrap it up.

Remember to do this before hitting the shower and take a lot of water during the day.
