What Seanice’ tear inducing status update teaches us about life

Seanice Kacungira took to her Facebook wall last night to announce that she is ending her decade long tenure as a radio presenter. Her status update broke many hearts including the writer’s. She’s probably the best thing that has happened to early morning radio in Uganda. She once left Sanyu FM for a tint in Nairobi at Capital FM where her profound radio DJ skills left a huge mark on Kenyan radio.

She has earned great respect as an acclaimed event MC, TV host, media guru and as a ‘business woman. Her digital agency Blu Flamingo handles accounts for UBL, NSSF, Centenary Bank and Airtel among others. The agency is behind the highly successful Social Media Awards. She also owns the plush beauty parlour Suqa on Tirupati Mazima mall in Kabalagala.

There’s a lot more to her than the voice we’re going to miss on radio. Her tear inducing status update here below taught us some more tough lessons about life.

The fact that it’s never about just you but everyone that sees good in you. She also shed some light on ‘haters’ who have shaped her life hence the success we are all seeing in her right now. We can’t help but wish her all the very best as she takes this new step in her career. We are truly inspired.
