Are Scarves and blankets the next ‘big’ thing?

You have to agree with me, the first time I saw these images I was flabbergasted! Who on earth is going to replace simple scarves with long elaborate ones and worst of all ‘blankets’? Fashion has a way with clothes and so this could be the next thing. You just may never know.

The Burberry Prorsum show at London Fashion Week showed us the lazy side of the scarf. Should you find yourself confused or too busy to tie a scarf, simply follow the Burberry drape method. Casually sling the scarf over one shoulder and cover with a jacket . Or, artfully drape the scarf over your outerwear. It might not be the warmest method of bundling up, but it looks good and is certainly time effective.

It will take a while longer for us to see these in town because it’s obscenely hot right now. And some people wear leather in this weather. Like I said you just may never know.
